A. The power that made the body heals the body. The wellness team at Kaizen understands the inherent recuperative powers of the body. The Kaizen Centre for Health and Wellness is a facility whose perspective on health and disease emphasizes two fundamental concepts:
Structure and present condition of the spine designates how the body will function and heal itself.
The mind-body spirit- relationship balance is paramount in maintaining health and the healing process.
The Kaizen Centre focuses on the patient’s recuperative and rehabilitative abilities rather than on surgery. We believe that healing occurs from inside out and we recognize the dynamic equilibrium to achieving a homeostatic balance between lifestyle environment and health.
